Integrum Services is a family-owned pest control company based in Surrey, South Of England. They are leaders in commercial pest control for the airport and aviation industries. We partnered with Integrum Services to refresh their outdated website. As well as helping them with flyer design that could be taken to corporate events.
The new Integrum Services website was designed completely with the user in mind. Extensive research was undertaken prior, to understand the main pain points associated with the current website. From our User Experience research we found pain points in the websites loading speed, a crucial element to a positive User Experience.
We categorised two types of users who visit Integrum Service’s website – domestic and commercial customers. The common pest related issues for domestic users had been birds (pigeons) nesting under solar panels. For commercial users, it was aviation and airport pest control services. This research allowed us to design the website in a way that would accommodate for the common pest issues found during the research phase.
Navigation and User Experience
Integrum Services is a lead driven website, so the new design had to allow users to easily navigate and find the pest control issue they are faced with. The new website is clean and user-friendly, with clear navigation, keywords and strategically placed contact forms. The sites main homepage is critical to the user journey and provides information for key issues that were discovered during the research phase of this project.
Corporate Flyer Design
Integrum Services also requested Right Hook to design a promotional flyer to take to an Aviation and Airport conference.
