Southend Dog Training – Case Study

Our team designed and developed a fantastic new brand identity and website for the worlds fastest growing online dog training group, Southend Dog Training.

The dog training company based in Essex has blown up on social media during lockdown and now has over 1 million followers online!

Brand Identity

Initially, Southend Dog Training spoke to us about refreshing their brand look and feel. With their exponential growth on social media in recent months, a more contemporary colour scheme needed to be introduced to capture their predominantly female demographic. While it was important that the brand spoke to females, it was also important not to turn away any potential male audience.

We opted to implement a strong rottweiler as the logo mark to portray their “no b*llsh*t dog training” motto. Rottweilers are Southend Dog Trainings favourite breed of dog, and their bold-looking nature plays directly into what the team stands for.

Website Development

To help decrease cancellations and increase signups, Southend Dog Training approached our team to design and develop a new website. The new website contains a member-only platform that has restricted content in videos, articles and dog training help. Due to the constant upload of new content to the platform, Southend Dog Training needed a high-quality custom built Content Management System (CMS).

Each section of the membership platform had to be easy to navigate to find the answer to their dog training question. Our development team achieved this with an advanced search system and the full integration of a customer support platform, Zendesk.

To help further personalise the experience for the customer throughout the website, we built a bespoke “accounts” section, where Southend Dog Training customers could cancel subscriptions, upgrade and downgrade and change account details.
